We have been in business since 1987 and are located in Yorktown, Indiana. Three partner architects own and run the firm. One partner is a LEED® Accredited Professional. We also have three project technicians with a total of seven people in the office including the office manager. The partners, who also own and lease real estate, are knowledgeable about construction costs and their relationship to
lease rates and profit. We strive to be cost conscious both with our fees and our designs. Our inhouse staff enables us to do all architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural design on most of our projects. This eliminates external consultants and helps to keep our fees lower. Also, by reducing the outsourcing,we are able to better coordinate all systems in the building assuring smoother construction. We design a large range of building types including industrial, commercial, retail, automotive, medical, financial, and restaurants. Most of our work is done on a design-build basis. In this process, we team up with a limited number of quality
contractors and are therefore better equipped to meet the client’s needs in all aspects from design through construction. Most importantly, this includes meeting their budget and schedule. This approach creates a team that works together striving for one goal; client satisfaction.
