Congratulations on Retirement, Dan! 🎉 After 12 years with Klute, Dan Rice is officially retiring!

We’re incredibly grateful for Dan’s years of dedicated service, loyalty and commitment to Klute. Throughout his time with us, Dan has been someone we could count on—not only for the great work he consistently did, but also for his willingness to share his knowledge and help train and develop others.

The impact Dan has had on our team goes far beyond the work he accomplished each day. His knowledge, dependability and willingness to help others have made a lasting difference at Klute.

Thank you, Dan, for 12 years of hard work and for being such an important part of the Klute family! We’ll certainly miss having you around, but we’re excited for you to enjoy this well-deserved next chapter. We wish you all the best!

There is a lot more happening inside a manufacturing facility than most students ever get the opportunity to see!

During our recent Manufacturing Month tour at Klute, area students stepped beyond the classroom to explore the people, skills and teamwork involved in modern manufacturing. The visit gave students a closer look at a local workplace while introducing them to career possibilities available right here in York County.

Experiences like these help students connect what they are learning today with the opportunities they could pursue tomorrow.

Walked the floor today with a man who’s been part of Rebellion’s story from the beginning.
On the left is me. On the right is Steve Klute.
We first connected with Steve, his family, and the Klute team in 2019 when we were kicking off Rebellion Fabrication. They sold us some of our first pieces of equipment. More than that, they’ve been open, generous hosts every time we’ve visited their facility.
I learn something from Steve and the team he’s built every time I’m there. It’s inspiring to see how much they’ve grown — and how well they’ve done it. I leave wanting Rebellion to grow in similar fashion: family values, quality work, and a shop that still feels like people first.
