The Spring Grove YMCA cut the ribbon today, and the community has been waiting! This beautifully renovated former school building open its doors Monday to serve everyone: fitness, youth programs, daycare, senior services, a food pantry, a church, and more, all under one roof.

Huge thanks and congratulations to our project partners, the YMCA team, and everyone who helped bring this one home. We can't wait to see this space come to life. 🎉

Kelly's weighing every sample on this table for how it will perform under daily use, not just how it looks on day one.
Most clients don't want to become material experts. They want a partner who already is, laying out options and their trade-offs until the right choice feels obvious.
For this school project, that means materials built for daily wear and a palette that fits naturally with the space it's joining.

Progress continues on this 58,000-SF food processing facility in Thomasville, PA, under construction.

This building does something most facilities never have to: precisely heat, melt, and store food additives for large-scale food production. Nailing the details takes design, process engineering, and the crew on site all working off the same page — literally.

Walking the freshly poured floors, the ceilings open up to reveal just how much room this operation needs to run.

Collaborative design, built to scale. That's the job. Proud to be part of it alongside H&H General Excavating Co.

"There's no place like CORE..." 👠🌈🪄🫧

Big congratulations to Vicki Nelson, our CFO, who just celebrated 10 years with CORE Vegas-style, where she and her husband Jeff enjoyed dinner at Zaytinya and caught The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere.

Looking back on a decade with the firm, Vicki shared: "What stands out most is the opportunity to work with an amazing team to create an operating system that has helped guide us through the ups and downs of the economy as well as the ebbs and flows of the architecture industry. The success we've built together is something I'm truly proud of, and it's been a genuine blessing to work alongside such great people every day."
