Before we drew a single wall, we scanned every inch of this building.

Our design process for the Spring Grove YMCA renovation began with a full 3D scan of the existing 117,000-SF facility. That highly accurate point cloud became the foundation for every decision that followed, so the design was grounded in the real building, not assumptions based on old drawings or speculation.

Ten years of great work, and we're just getting started. Join us in celebrating Billie Jo's 10th anniversary at CORE!

As Assistant Project Manager, Billie Jo brings over 20 years of experience to every project, documenting buildings with care and clarity, mentoring teammates, and keeping drawing sets moving smoothly from first line to final phase.

While in LA moving her daughter into college at USC, the two visited Disneyland to mark the milestone on what turned out to be the first day of Halloween season!

Ten years of quality, consistency, and steady hands on every set. Here's to the next ten, Billie Jo.

A ribbon cut. A project complete. And yes, excellent coffee.
Congrats to the entire JURA team on the grand opening of their new Hospitality and Service Center in Lancaster County, the only JURA-certified service center in the US. Ninety-plus years of Swiss precision, now at home in South Central Pennsylvania.

Big things are happening at the YMCA of the Roses - Spring Grove! 🎉
We had the honor of helping transform a former school building into a brand-new community hub, complete with fitness spaces and gathering areas for neighbors of all ages. Read the full story and see inside on our latest blog.

The executive director of the new Spring Grove YMCA hopes that anyone walking through the doors for the first time, or returning to a building they used to

The Spring Grove YMCA of the Roses is officially open! Hear from Kate King, executive director, on how a long-empty school building became a true community hub, with reliable childcare, a brand-new wellness center, and shared space for six community partners.

The Spring Grove YMCA cut the ribbon today, and the community has been waiting! This beautifully renovated former school building open its doors Monday to serve everyone: fitness, youth programs, daycare, senior services, a food pantry, a church, and more, all under one roof.

Huge thanks and congratulations to our project partners, the YMCA team, and everyone who helped bring this one home. We can't wait to see this space come to life. 🎉

Twenty years from now, someone will run their hand across one of these surfaces without thinking twice about it.
Kelly's weighing every sample on this table for how it will perform under daily use, not just how it looks on day one.
Most clients don't want to become material experts. They want a partner who already is, laying out options and their trade-offs until the right choice feels obvious.
For this school project, that means materials built for daily wear and a palette that fits naturally with the space it's joining.

Progress continues on this 58,000-SF food processing facility in Thomasville, PA, under construction.

This building does something most facilities never have to: precisely heat, melt, and store food additives for large-scale food production. Nailing the details takes design, process engineering, and the crew on site all working off the same page — literally.

Walking the freshly poured floors, the ceilings open up to reveal just how much room this operation needs to run.

Collaborative design, built to scale. That's the job. Proud to be part of it alongside H&H General Excavating Co.

Three sets of eyes. One set of drawings. No shortcuts.

This is what daily collaboration looks like: countless details becoming one intentional plan.
