While I’ve been sidelined recovering from a broken hip and surgery, the guys have continued to show up and represent Reed Construction the right way. They’ve taken pride in their work, paid attention to the details, and made sure our customers continue to receive the quality craftsmanship we expect on every job.

Building, waterproofing and tiling a curbless shower is no joke. Seeing projects like this come together while I’m away has made me incredibly proud. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, commitment, and willingness to step up.

These porches in Spring Grove may have been older than the Hoke House, and were being held up by hopes and dreams.

We poured new footings, reframed everything and added new decking while trying to keep the old style.

It was a fun project, and nice to be close to Genova’s for a few days at lunchtime!

Sometimes they fly the coop… unfortunately for us, Murphy took a great opportunity to move to the beach this summer. He might be living out his surfer dreams, but we miss his work ethic.

But there is good news! A few weeks ago, Tim joined our team. His background in production woodworking and commercial millwork make him a perfect fit for all the fine details.

Jackson has also been helping us out while he’s home from college this summer. After finishing concrete all of last summer, he’s on vacation with us. He works like he’s trying to get a year of work done in a summer, and it’s awesome.

We’re lucky to have them both!
