For customers, IDS helps to negotiate your claim with your insurance carrier, so that repairs can start immediately. IDS offers you choices to put your home back the way you would like, including any possible changes or upgrades that y

ou might consider. For insurance adjusters, IDS services your policyholders with the interest of you, the insurance carrier, in mind. We write fair and honest estimates using current Xactimate pricing that are submitted in a correct and timely manner. IDS will document the loss with photos, securing and protecting areas of damage for possible subrogation. Our goal is to initially preserve, protect, and restore, if possible, but also understand sometimes that removal and replacement could be a better option. We will communicate all findings and leave any decisions to you, the adjuster, regarding coverage. None of us want extra problems with our homes or businesses – but just know that if disaster strikes, IDS will be waiting, ready to help. IDS is now hiring for restoration technicians that will help perform emergency water remediation to homes & businesses following water and fire damages. Experience is not necessary, we will train the right people. **We are looking for great positive thinking team players to join our team

The ideal candidates will include the following job responsibilities:

-Taking moisture readings and setting drying equipment (Air movers and dehumidifiers)

-Light demolition

-Inventory, Packing and Cleaning of smoke-covered customers personal contents.

-Cleaning of Soot and smoke covered structures (walls, windows, floors, counters, etc)

The position comes with benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, and health insurance.

The ideal candidate MUST:

- Communicate and work well with others

- Participate on our after-hours on-call schedule

- Possess a valid insurable drivers license

- Have a clean background check
