LOOKING FOR WORKERS.

Looking for some extra help coming up on a future project, coming up June 8th. I might be able to use someone sooner that. I would really like someone that has experience in residential construction, but I might be fine with a laborour. Keep in mind the beginning of this project requires alot of demo. Alot of folks, dont seem to be able to handle it. There's also going to be alot.of framing too. Must have phone, valide DL, and reliable transportation. All work is ususally in Gaston County.

We have completed a comprehensive renovation of this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home, successfully converting it into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence. By redesigning the floor plan, we effectively swapped the kitchen with a bedroom, creating a spacious master suite. This redesign allowed for a larger master bedroom, accompanied by a master bath featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. Additionally, a master walk-in closet was incorporated into the design. The hallway bathroom was renovated with a wider layout, providing a more functional space and incorporating a linen closet. Improvements to the second bedroom included relocating the closet to a more optimal location. The repositioned kitchen now adjoins the living room, with the dividing wall removed to create an open layout. Further enhancements included relocating the laundry room and rear entrance to proximity of the driveway for increased practicality. The home features new plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, siding, and flooring.

This residence initially featured a small access hole in the garage, requiring a squeeze-through entry to access the main attic area. Our team framed an opening in the main hallway for the installation of heavy-duty aluminum pull-down stairs, which were subsequently trimmed out and equipped with an attic stairs thermal cover. Furthermore, we constructed a platform with a catwalk spanning the length of the house. Electrical wiring was installed for keyless lights controlled by a switch and an outlet. Additionally, the gable end attic fan was replaced and installed in a manner superior to the original.

Our renovation of the duplexes included a comprehensive redesign of the main hallway bathroom, wherein we demolished the existing structure down to the studs and reframed it to code. This process involved removing the rotten floor system. Additionally, we replaced the window in the tub area with a solid wall to facilitate a full tub unit installation and added shelving for enhanced storage. Notably, we were able to accommodate a stackable washer and dryer unit within the main bathroom. Furthermore, we designed and constructed an entirely new master bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower.

We recently completed a duplex renovation project, which included remodeling the kitchens and interiors. Notably, the new kitchens are smaller than the original ones, but this allowed us to incorporate a second master bathroom and master closet in the master bedroom, effectively converting each side of the duplex into a 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath apartment.
