This is a rental property with budget restrictions. There was a water leak that sprayed the underneath of the floor system that caused the floor to buckle up, the water heater was in the crawlspace & buried in the dirt about 12", and the washer machine was located in closet & dryer on the other side of kicthen.

So we demoed entire floor and rebuilt floor system level. Only removed the base cabinets, relocated washer and dryer to new location, and moved water heater into old pantry closet where washer was located.

Only intended on just repairing existing deck, by replacing a few decking boards, that came up short, and repairing handrails in my style, to make stronger. But after tearing into it, realize several issues with existing deck. Who ever built it original had no clue what they were doing. Outside band was pulling away from floor joist. And floor joist were separating away from band against the house. Plus several other issues.

So we ended up just replacing the entire deck and staining it.

To provide perspective, the individual standing in front of the center post stands at 6' tall. We undertook the challenge of maneuvering 28' long 6x6 posts into place, necessitating manual handling. Additionally, we hand dug three footings, each measuring 3'x3' and 4' deep. Our team excels at handling complex tasks, and while some may be deemed impossible, we achieve them with dedication and perseverance.

Looking for some extra help coming up on a future project, coming up June 8th. I might be able to use someone sooner that. I would really like someone that has experience in residential construction, but I might be fine with a laborour. Keep in mind the beginning of this project requires alot of demo. Alot of folks, dont seem to be able to handle it. There's also going to be alot.of framing too. Must have phone, valide DL, and reliable transportation. All work is ususally in Gaston County.
