After a successful project in 2025 at the Philadelphia International Airport, Wagman is continuing work as a subcontractor on two additional projects. The first, Taxiway P, wrapped up in April 2026 with 125 CY of Rapid Set Concrete, and work is now underway on a larger runway project, consisting of 800 CY of Rapid Set Concrete, which continues through fall 2026.

All work is performed during overnight runway closures and requires high-performance concrete that gains strength quickly — allowing the runway to safely reopen each morning.

For many of our team members, Scouting isn’t just a program - it’s part of their story.

That’s what made our recent work at Camp Tuckahoe in Dillsburg, PA so meaningful. Wagman Construction is proud to support the next generation of leaders through our recently completed renovations to the camp’s shower facilities. This new facility will improve safety, functionality, and the overall experience for Scouts and staff.

Even more special? This project brought together Eagle Scouts on our team, Don Yocum, Senior Project Manager & Director of Field Operations, and Lance Ferree, Senior Estimator, who understand firsthand the lasting impact Scouting has on young people! We’re honored to support facilities that continue to shape future leaders, and grateful to Ron Gardner, Scout Executive and CEO of the Scouting America, New Birth of Freedom Council for the opportunity to partner on this important work.

Wagman Heavy Civil is currently installing approximately 78,000 SF of articulated concrete block matting and a Platipus Anchoring System at the Jones Mill Pond Dam project in Williamsburg, VA. This will help provide long-term slope stabilization to the area, which experiences slope failures that result in erosion and loss of embankment material into the pond.
