As Pennsylvania's new Paul's Law takes effect, we encourage everyone to put the phone down and focus on the road. This important legislation was made possible through years of tireless advocacy by Eileen Woelkers Miller, who turned the tragic loss of her son, Paul, into a mission to make Pennsylvania's roads safer.
We also want to draw attention to Senator Rosemary Brown who heard Eileen's story and supported her throughout the years that they fought to get this law passed.
