Cole joins our growing Civil Engineering Team as an Assistant Civil Project Manager, working hand-in-hand with the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Cole's past experience in project management on the construction side of AEC and education background in civil engineering give him a well-rounded view of the field.

We always have a good time when corn hole is involved!

The team came out for food, friendship, and fun last Friday for our Fall Corn Hole Tournament - with Joe Stein and Cole Bankert walking away as top champions.

We wore sunglasses, corn hole-themed socks, and shorts for what may be the last hot day of the season. It was the perfect day!

Warehaus was honored with a 2026 SMPS Marketing Communications Award of Excellence in the Holiday – Mixed Media category for our 2024 Holiday Marketing Campaign. The national award was presented in July at the SMPS Amplify A|E|C conference in Las Vegas.

The recognition follows two honors from SMPS Philadelphia earlier this year, where the same campaign earned 1st Place in the Holiday category and Best in Show at the chapter’s Marketing Communications Awards.

We put a lot of thought into creating holiday marketing that feels distinctly Warehaus: creative, thoughtful and a little unexpected. It's especially rewarding to see the campaign recognized at both the local and national levels.

Yesterday, Governor Josh Shapiro joined state, local and community leaders to announce more than $64 million in new public and private investment aimed at revitalizing the city’s downtown, from new businesses and public spaces to infrastructure, entertainment and hospitality.

We’re especially excited to see the planned Courtyard by Marriott at 333 Market Street highlighted as a key piece of that investment.

Warehaus is proud to serve as the architect for the project, working with Harristown Development Corporation and Shaner Hotels to transform a portion of Harrisburg’s tallest building into a new 138-room hotel, bringing new activity and another important destination to the heart of the city.

The Warehaus team was proud to sponsor a hole and hit the links in support of the York County SPCA’s annual Golf Outing.

This year’s event was the SPCA’s most successful golf outing yet, surpassing last year’s fundraising total. The funds raised will help provide lifesaving medical care for some of the most vulnerable pets in our community.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the York County SPCA and the important work they do throughout our community. Thank you to their team for hosting another fantastic event!

In one week, a group of students who eagerly arrive at York College of Pennsylvania to move into the new Northside Commons residence hall will be greeted by a new place to study, gather, connect and make their own.

Yesterday, York College officially cut the ribbon on the 60,965 sf expansion of Northside Commons, adding 204 beds to help meet the needs of its growing student population.

The new wing includes single and double rooms along with study spaces, lounges, kitchens, laundry areas and other shared spaces designed to create community beyond the residence hall room.

For Warehaus, seeing the doors open is especially meaningful. Our team designed the original Northside Commons building in 2011, and we were proud to return to campus to provide architecture, civil engineering and structural engineering for this latest expansion.

There’s something special about designing a building knowing that, very soon, hundreds of students will call it home.

Congratulations to York College of Pennsylvania and the entire project team on the opening of Northside Commons. We can’t wait to see it filled with students next week!
