There’s a quiet momentum building in Cumberland Township in . Inside the new Cumberland Township Municipal Building, teams are getting settled, learning new systems, and beginning to inhabit a space designed to better support how they serve the community.

Final interior elements are still on the way, but each week brings the building closer to fully opening its doors.

At Leader Heights in York Township, a former Christmas tree farm is being transformed into a mixed-use community with 91 townhomes and two commercial sites.

Working in partnership with our client, 1300 E Market LLC, the challenge went beyond fitting the program on the site. We navigated steep terrain, environmental constraints, and visibility along a state road, all while maintaining financial viability.

That meant careful grading, balancing cut and fill, and coordinating closely with PennDOT on access and traffic impacts.

Now, with preliminary land development and NPDES approvals secured, site development construction is underway. Roads are expected to take shape later this summer, with vertical construction to follow after final approvals.

A well-earned next step for someone who’s been steadily building momentum - Matt Robertson has been promoted to Architectural Project Manager at Warehaus!

Over the past nine years, Matt has grown into a thoughtful, team-oriented leader who approaches every project with both a clear vision and a practical mindset. He leads with collaboration, invites input from those around him, and keeps projects moving forward with a steady focus on the end goal.

Clients benefit from his ability to see the big picture while staying grounded in the details, and from a mindset that’s always thinking a step ahead, ready to adapt and problem-solve as projects evolve.
