Please join us in congratulating Cody Kauffman on his promotion to Architectural Project Manager! 👏🏼

During Cody's 3+ years with Warehaus, he's quickly gained the skills and experience to progress from Architectural Designer to Assistant PM to Architectural Project Manager.

In one week, a group of students who eagerly arrive at York College of Pennsylvania to move into the new Northside Commons residence hall will be greeted by a new place to study, gather, connect and make their own.

Yesterday, York College officially cut the ribbon on the 60,965 sf expansion of Northside Commons, adding 204 beds to help meet the needs of its growing student population.

The new wing includes single and double rooms along with study spaces, lounges, kitchens, laundry areas and other shared spaces designed to create community beyond the residence hall room.

For Warehaus, seeing the doors open is especially meaningful. Our team designed the original Northside Commons building in 2011, and we were proud to return to campus to provide architecture, civil engineering and structural engineering for this latest expansion.

There’s something special about designing a building knowing that, very soon, hundreds of students will call it home.

Congratulations to York College of Pennsylvania and the entire project team on the opening of Northside Commons. We can’t wait to see it filled with students next week!

Congratulations to Cleveland Brothers Equipment on the grand opening of their new Milesburg facility! Even the Nittany Lion was on site yesterday to welcome guests, clients, and the design team to tour the new location!

Many thanks to our Cleveland Brothers partner Chad Schroeder through every step of the design process with the Warehaus' team - Travis Kepler, Erin Himmelberger, AIA, Troy Bankert, AIA, and Derek D.

Through the heat and the glaring sun, the community came out today to celebrate the official unveiling of York Symphony Orchestra's mural, painted by Annelise Vuono and featured at Warehaus' headquarters on North George Street in Downtown York, PA.

It's a celebration of the arts and the rich culture that greets you around every corner here in Downtown York. And it brought out a crowd, including Kevin Irving, Hannah Beard, Annelise Vuono, and Julie Dietz Wheeler.
