Wrapping up this commercial new construction project! 16 inches of custom tapered poly iso, topped off with epdm rubber roofing for the low slope sections. We also applied rubber roofing to 60 decks around the building. As always, Certainteed landmark pro shingles were used on the steep slope roofing sections!

A roof replacement we did for Harvard University this week! Certainteed landmark pro shingles installed with stainless nails and added caulking to every shingle to make sure this roof lasts a lifetime on the ocean. We also replaced the low slope roofs with epdm rubber and re flashed 4 chimneys!
