Last week at the York Builders Association Peak Achievement Awards, we were honored to receive the award for Best Multi-Family Home Build!

As our first-ever multi-family project, this recognition makes the achievement even more meaningful — and marks our second Peak Achievement Award in the past two years. Our goal from the beginning was to bring the same level of design, craftsmanship, and quality found in our custom homes into each individual unit — and we’re proud to have accomplished exactly that.

I don't think anyone thought it would take us as long as it did to get this project to the finish line. We finally settled on our biggest project to date yesterday and could not have been more proud of the finished product! Even thought these were townhomes we still made sure to get some of the higher end finishes we put in our custom homes into each one of these.
