More than 20 years ago, this tradition started in mom’s kitchen.. gathering around the table, sharing breakfast, and preparing for a hard day’s work ahead.

Yesterday marked the official start of our first multifamily development in Ohio, bringing 240 apartment homes to the growing Mount Vernon community! This new neighborhood will feature eight 30-unit buildings, a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and pickleball courts.

Liberty Crossing is part of a larger community that will also include single-family homes and townhomes, creating a place where residents can live, play, and thrive just outside of Columbus.

The Properties Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting operations for a portfolio of properties and joint ventures. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains compliance with GAAP, and supports business decision-making through timely and reliable financial information.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, collaborative, and experienced in property or real estate accounting. This role is expected to take on increasing responsibility by applying a more managerial approach to daily accounting functions, particularly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Initially, these tasks will be more hands-on as we transition responsibilities and realign supporting roles, with the expectation that oversight and delegation will increase over time.

As part of our upcoming redevelopment in Camp Hill, we’re planning to build 210 workforce housing units in the place of where 2 vacant office buildings currently stand. Before that transformation begins, we’re giving the current vacant buildings one final use for a greater impact.

Before the buildings come down, we’ve been opening them up to the local fire departments, police, and SWAT teams for hands-on training exercises, providing a real-world environment to prepare for critical situations. Inch&Co is working alongside first responders to turn an otherwise vacant space into a valuable community resource.
