Paddy Hernjak is a rising senior at Washington & Jefferson College majoring in Business Administration and a student-athlete on the college baseball team. He is currently a Real Estate Development Intern at Inch & Co., where he is building experience in real estate development and business operations.
Bella Hons is an Investor Relations Intern with Cascade Capital and Inch & Co. She is a rising senior at the University of Tennessee, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in International Business, expecting to graduate in May 2027. She is passionate about building relationships and pursuing a career centered on sales, business development, and working closely with business professionals. Bella states she is “already learning so much working under Cade and Brandy, seeing how they work everyday is the best possible way for me to grow!” Outside of work, Bella has a passion for travel and experiencing new cultures. One of her most memorable experiences was spending a semester studying abroad in Spain, where she expanded her global perspective and developed a greater appreciation for international business and cultural diversity.
Samuel French is from Mohnton, PA and is going into his 4th year at Pennsylvania College of Technology studying Architecture & Sustainable Design. In his free time, Sam likes to hang out with friends, play golf, and work out. Sam is an Architectural Intern here at Inch&Co!
Brodie Collins is a Finance and Accounting student at Mercyhurst University and is interning with Inch & Co. He has a strong interest in financial planning, investments, and business strategy, and hopes to pursue a career in the financial world after graduation. Outside of the classroom, Brodie is a Division I baseball player who enjoys developing leadership skills and working with others. He is excited to gain hands-on experience this summer while learning from professionals across the organization
