This Boss’s Day, we’re celebrating Jake, a boss who leads with humility, works with purpose, and is always willing to show up for his crew. His ambition drives us forward, but it’s his kindness, authenticity, and commitment to his people that make the biggest difference.

Happy Boss’s Day from all of us at Custom Demo & Dismantling!

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT: CHASE BANK

Before the build goes up, the groundwork has to get done.

Our crew tackled erosion control, grading, and unsuitable soil removal before bringing in structural fill to get this site ready for what’s next.

Solid ground. Strong start. 💪

When we say “heavy lifting,” we mean it. 😂

Jay Chance and his crew tackled a 9,000-lb. vault door AND frame at the Canton Police Academy.

The solution? Out through the roof. With both pieces being reused, they had to get them out without a scratch.

9,000 lbs. each. No pressure but we got it done!

Sterile environment? Controlled conditions?

No problem.

This crew suited up, followed the protocol, and got to work. Lab coats and hair nets included. Whatever the environment, we make it happen!

A busy week for Diana and her crew! From Fayetteville to Myrtle Beach, they’ve had no shortage of hard work or nice views along the way. We’re thankful for this hardworking team👏

Franklin Yards Update:

We’re putting the finishing touches on this project, clearing out concrete slabs and foundations to make way for backfill and hydroseed.

One more project getting wrapped up and ready for what’s next!

Some jobs come with a pretty great perk!

525 N Tryon gave our crew an incredible view of the Charlotte skyline while they worked through Phase 2 of this renovation project.

With a view like this, it hardly feels like work.

Well… almost. 😉

Two projects. Two new developments. One busy week!

2 O’Neal — Making way for a new multifamily development.

Dash In — Clearing the site for a new Carrowinds Blvd Gas Station

Different sites. Same scopes. Same Custom Demo work ethic.

Let’s get to work! 💪

Five years of showing up, putting in the work, and leading from the field. 👊

We’re celebrating two big milestones at Custom Demo & Dismantling:

Nick has been here since Day 1. He’s helped build this company from the ground up and has been the kind of teammate you can count on—dependable, hardworking, and ready to lead when the job gets tough.

Then came Zach. Joining the crew after Nick, he quickly became another dependable force in the field, bringing the same work ethic, consistency, and leadership to every jobsite.

Five years is a big deal. But what means even more is the trust, consistency, and commitment these guys have brought to the team along the way.

Thanks for five years, Nick and Zach! We’re lucky to have you both. 👊

Another milestone for Custom Demo & Dismantling!

We currently have three Bob’s Discount Furniture projects underway in Columbia, Raleigh, and Kennesaw, GA—bringing our total to seven completed and ongoing projects with the brand.

Three locations. One experienced team. Plenty of progress.
