This one is a bummer. Super nice guy that didn't realize a tile on the roof, at the corner of the entry, had lifted and was allowing water to get under the tile and paper. Fairly major damage. Remove the tile and paper, replace the rotted wood, install new paper and reinstall tile. There's some bad fascia and a few pieces on the patio cover as well. Full repaint coming later.

Mike got the wet room walls, pan, and floor ready for the tile. Waiting for materials.

I delivered 5 gallons of primer this morning and checked out the texture finished yesterday by Adam. Adam does a great job but he's my messiest guy and it's not even close. Gustavo and Maria will get everything primed tomorrow.
