Tub Repair & Refinish 🛁

This fiberglass tub had a crack that was not only an eyesore but also a leak risk. Instead of a costly full replacement, we repaired the damage and fully refinished the tub.

Now it looks brand new, smooth, glossy, and ready for years of use!

Floor Transformation Alert

These hardwood floors were completely ruined after a flood — water seeped underneath and mold started growing. Not only was it unsafe, but the damage was beyond repair.

We pulled everything out, treated the subfloor, and installed brand-new hardwood flooring. Then we custom-stained the new wood to seamlessly match the rest of the home’s floors.

I haven’t posted in a while, but I’ve been noticing a lot of shortcuts being taken out there.

🚫 If your contractor is rolling or brushing a red or pink substance like RedGard on your bathroom walls, they’re cutting corners at your expense.

✅ Proper waterproofing in NYC requires professional-grade systems like LATICRETE 9235, which many engineers and management companies specify.
