When our team first stepped into this 1911 home, it was red-tagged by the city and facing an uncertain future.

For months, we worked closely with the city to repair and rebuild this home from the foundation to the roof, and everything in between.

But we didn’t want to simply make it safe. We wanted to bring it back to life.

We wanted to preserve its bones, honor its history, respect the memories made within its walls, and bring out the charm and character that made it special, all while bringing it up to today’s safety standards.

Our crew did exactly that.

This isn’t just a house with new finishes. It’s a piece of history that was given a second chance.

115 years of character brought back to life, with another 115 years ahead.

That’s more than construction. That’s restoration. That’s craftsmanship. That’s building something that lasts.
