And that’s a wrap on the week for the crew! These guys are the foundation to building something special here at KJ Electrical! Pretty awesome to hear nothing but laughing and jokes and one liners at lunch and the sites. Who you work with on a daily basis makes a huge difference when they’re ones that make you laugh throughout the day. Now time to recharge over the weekend!

For what seems like forever, our guys have been starting before the sun comes up and grinding through long, hot days to keep our projects moving and take care of our customers.

Early mornings.
Long hours.
Heat.
Sweat.
Constantly moving from one job to the next.

They keep showing up and getting it done.

We know this kind of work isn’t easy and we can never say it enough, but we appreciate the hell out of our crew.

KJ Electrical wouldn’t be where it is today without the guys in the field putting in the work every single day.

The growth, the projects and the reputation we’re building are a direct reflection of their effort.

Proud of this team. Grateful for every one of them.

Well the guys were able to do their testing today on the new north bin and get it ready to start filling hopefully tomorrow in time for full swing harvest! We have lots more to do before we’re completely wrapped up, but this was the main focus so this one could be used for this years corn harvest! A little more to do on the south one and it will be ready for beans coming up soon! Super proud of the guys working through this one!

Ever wonder what the inside of the new grain bin looks like? Here it is! Just a little bit bigger and more to it than your typical farm bin. The guys are getting closer to having the bins ready to be operational so they can be used for harvest. There will be a lot more that needs to be done until it’s completely wrapped up, but first we’ve got to get through harvest and get the bins filled!

You can tell that it’s dove season when the shotgun bb’s fill the electric wires. Customer called with 100 amp fuses blowing in their main disconnect. After not finding anything obvious at first over the oil lease, we decided to take a closer look at their triplex. We found where the line was filled everywhere with pin holes and some caused the hot conductors to short out on the neutral. This tends to happen every year at some point to a customer. Friendly remainder to try and not shoot off of the power lines to help prevent unnecessary power outages over a dove.
