New shower wall framed up.
Water damaged framing on the shower back wall has been removed and replaced.
A half wall has been built in front of the long shower wall to act as a shelf once the tile is installed
New shower valve has been roughed in.
Shower drain has been relocated to accommodate the new shower size
Vanity plumbing has been reconfigured to accommodate a custom 8 foot vanity with dual sinks.
We had to open up the floor to access all of the original supply and waste plumbing for the sinks in order to perform the reconfiguration.

Next we will be reconfiguring the light circuit to accommodate two sconces above the vanity, replacing the existing vent fan with a newer higher efficiency unit to be operated via a timer, and installing a recessed light over the shower

Note:
no plumbing subcontractors were hired for any of this plumbing work. All of it was done by yours truly.

I would say the integrity of that rafter was compromised by the plumber who roughed this in during construction.....

Stairs are completely rebuilt
All framing complete completed
Electrician starts the rough in tomorrow

Another proposal accepted for a large bathroom reno in Langhorne.
Our achedule is booking up nicely.
It currently consists of a basement finishing project in Warminster (in progress), a large bathroom reno in Doylestown (starting tomorrow), a two car garage conversion into an inlaw suite in Churchville, followed by this bathroom reno in Langhorne.

More estimates are scheduled this week.
New website and lead tracking system is launched this week.
A new team is being assembled as well.
It has been a long and hard winter.
God has seen us through and I am grateful for his never ending mercy.
