* * JOIN US for a few hours of food, fun and shooting..! * * LCHBA is hosting a trap shoot event on Thursday, October 15 at 3:00 pm at James Valley Sporting Clays outside Utica, SD.
Shooting is optional (guns/ammo provided!) so you can attend and visit with the LCHBA officers, State reps and local businesses, and learn more about what the Home Builders Association can offer its members and the community.

LCHBA is working to rebuild, re-energize and grow, and that takes all of us! We want to be trailblazers in creating an association that people are excited to be part of - and that starts with creating opportunities to connect.

Strong associations are built by people who know each other, trust each other and make time to connect. Our socials are an opportunity to step away from the job site, office or busy schedule and get to know the people who make up our industry.

They're also one of the easiest ways for someone who isn't yet a member to experience what LCHBA is really about.

This 1912 home got quite the refresh—from new windows, kitchen cabinets and countertops to new flooring, fresh paint, updated bathrooms, and exterior grading and drainage work.

Mike and the crew put a lot of work into this one, and we love seeing it all come together.

Most of us have a connection to the men and women who have choose to serve us as soldiers. My Dad was an Airborne Grunt Medic in Vietnam. His best friend whom I am named after fell in Nam. Got to see his name memorialized this morning for the first time on The Wall.
To all of those who never got to come back... Thank you for allowing me to live the blessed life that I have.
