When the roof salesman knocks on your door and says, "Hey we're over working on your neighbor's house, just wondering if we could inspect your roof while we're in the area and give you a quote" ..... you're response SHOULD BE something like: "Nah, we're good, we've already called the professionals".

These homeowners just had their entire exterior remodeled and topped it off with a roof from Bradley Roof Co.

Upgraded to the Legacy shingles by Malarkey, which is my personal favorite line to install.

They'll be able to sleep at night knowing that the investments they put into their biggest investment will pay off in dividends.

When I uploaded the photo to Ai, the lines were not as straight as they are on the actual roof, so I used the original photo. 😁

* The homeowner (at that time) went with a competitor "because they were cheaper".

* Just went over existing gutter apron (lazy), no ice and water(code requirement) no valley tin (the best way), no permit (no inspection) no Bueno (no good).

The good news? For the current and future homeowners, the roof will be done right this time around....ugh, signed, Bradley Roof Co.
