Affordable by design.

Andrew walks through the Oliver, a Founders Collection plan just under 900 square feet near Cle Elum, and explains how Lexar keeps the base cost lower with simplified finishes and fewer plan modifications.

You still get an open kitchen, dining, and great room layout, making it a great option for an ADU, mother-in-law suite, guest house, or smaller primary home.

The tradeoff is less customization, but that consistency helps keep pricing more predictable.

A primary bathroom that feels equal parts polished and practical.

Warm wood cabinetry, a bright double vanity, an illuminated mirror, and a walk-in closet just steps away give this space a clean, elevated feel without sacrificing everyday function.

It’s the kind of primary suite setup that makes the routine feel a little better.

Tree removal is only part of the equation when you’re preparing land for a new home.

As Andrew explains, old root systems can extend well beyond the stump and may need to be removed before excavation and construction can move forward. That’s true for heavily wooded properties and even old orchard land.

It’s one of those site development details that’s easy to overlook until you’re actually preparing to build on your land.

Another great example of building a home that makes the most of your land

Your driveway might not be the first thing you think about when planning a new home, but the layout can make a big difference.

Andrew breaks down why keeping your driveway relatively straight and minimizing elevation changes can help with winter access, ongoing maintenance, and overall cost. A longer, winding driveway might look great on paper, but when the snow and ice arrive, practicality matters.

It’s one more part of the property we look at when helping you figure out the best way to build on your land.
