This Shawnee Lake deck needed an update, and that’s what we gave it. The enlarged spaces complete with a fully adjustable Solara Awning from Patio Covers Ohio, Timber Tech decking, Timber Tech aluminum handrail with glass panels, Newtech Wood accent wall and riser lighting is the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy the lake views.

This tired Bellbrook patio spaces were long overdue for an overhaul. We removed all of the multi level deck structures and installed new concrete patios with stamped borders. This repeat customer couldn’t be happier.

JM Bowman Construction is continuing to grow and we are searching for a bookkeeper. This would be a remote 1099 position focusing on weekly administrative duties and data entry. Searching for an experienced person or firm looking to add to their existing client list. Approval from our CPA will be required before work begins.

All work to be done through QuickBooks online. Work would include but not be limited to:

* Enter customer invoices and payments
* Enter vendor bills and subcontractor invoices
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Maintain accurate financial records

Job Costing

* Code labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs to the correct job
* Track project budgets versus actual costs
* Monitor job profitability
* Produce job cost reports for the owner or project manager
* Track change orders and their financial impact

Accounts Payable

* Verify invoices against purchase orders or receipts
* Collect W-9s from subcontractors
* Track certificates of insurance (COIs)

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly reports such as:

* Profit & Loss Statement
* Balance Sheet
* Cash Flow Statement
* Job Cost Reports
* Accounts Receivable Aging
* Accounts Payable Aging

Compliance

* Maintain organized records for audits and taxes
* Assist the CPA with year-end tax preparation
* Maintain business licenses and contractor documentation as needed

The Beavercreek in-law suite addition has really taken shape. Framing, metal roofing, LP siding, and rough mechanicals are all complete. Ready for drywall.

We love how this Xenia Township project turned out. The small addition includes a new bathroom and closet while the new roofing and metal siding completes the look of the exterior. The black window trim with black accents finish the look the owners were wanting.
