Caudill Customs Caudill Customs builds outdoor spaces Miami Valley homeowners are proud of—concrete driveways, stamped patios, pools, outdoor living, excavation & epoxy.

Delivered to the same standard every time: craftsmanship, respect & ownership. Call to book a quote. Caudill Customs (formerly Caudill’s Custom Concrete) is a concrete-first construction and outdoor living company based in Xenia, Ohio, serving the Miami Valley and Greater Dayton. We build outdoor spaces that are meant to be lived on—not just looked at. We keep excavation, concrete, and outdoor construction under one roof, so projects run smoother and last longer. Quality concrete is decided before the pour. That’s why we focus on prep, grading, drainage, reinforcement, and process—and we explain it clearly so you know what you’re paying for. What we do:
• Concrete driveways
• Decorative / stamped concrete & patios
• Outdoor living transformations (full backyard builds)
• Excavation + grading + base prep

Why homeowners choose us:
• Skilled yet approachable (plain language, no ego)
• Honest scope + real timelines (no surprise costs)
• Proudly local and reputation-first
• Built to last—prep and finish are never rushed

Service area: Xenia, Dayton, Beavercreek, and surrounding Miami Valley communities.

One of our favorite days on a pool project… LINER DAY! 🙌🏼

This is the moment when the backyard starts looking less like a construction zone and more like the oasis you’ve been dreaming about. 🤩

This year has been one for the books—and it’s only July!

We can’t thank our customers enough for trusting us through every step of every process.

We know it can be overwhelming watching your backyard get torn up. It’s messy, loud, and sometimes it feels like it’ll never come together. But we promise, every stage has a purpose, and we’re working hard for you to enjoy that finished product. 👏🏼

Also, a huge thank you to our crew and every one of the subcontractors who make these projects possible. Your hard work, long days, and dedication don’t go unnoticed. We wouldn’t be where we are without each and every one of you. 💪🏼

Thank you for trusting Caudill Customs with your homes and your vision. We can’t wait to show you the final product still to come!

High temps. High morale. Doing whatever it takes to keep the crew motivated… and on the job this week. 😂🔥

Enough goofing, everyone back to work!

Plus my wife bribed me and thinks this is hilarious…
