Morgan Millwright Services is looking for an experienced **Journeyman Millwright** who knows how to work hard, think through problems, and take pride in doing the job right.
This is not a desk job. This is hands-on, field-based, problem-solving work for someone who can install, repair, fabricate, troubleshoot, rig, and keep agricultural equipment moving.
💰 **Pay Range: $19.50–$71.37/hr with endorsements**
📈 The more you can do, the more you can earn.
Endorsement-based increases are available for skills, certifications, leadership roles, licenses, crane/rigging, welding, rope access, and specialty work.
📍 **Wyoming, IL — In Person**
🛻 Travel up to 25% throughout IL, IA & WI
🕒 Full-time | 40–60 hrs/week | Overtime available
📅 Weekends as needed
**What we’re looking for:**
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude
✅ Agricultural millwright experience preferred
✅ Welding, fabrication, rigging, and equipment experience
✅ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
✅ Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
✅ Valid Driver’s License, DOT Medical Card, and reliable transportation
✅ Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in real field conditions
