This is what a broken sewer line below the slab looks like. This one had broken below the master bathroom toilet and roots had grown in through the break over time creating a restriction that wouldn’t allow the toilet to flush. We used out camera and locator to find where it was broken and tunneled over to it. Cut out the broken 90 degree fitting and rebuilt it with new pipe and fitting. The last picture is the roots we pulled out after sitting the broken 90 out.

The sewer on this addition at a 100+ year old house was in desperate need of attention. The garage bathroom had backed up over the weekend causing roots and sludge to come up in the shower. After running a sewer machine and camera we found the sewer line between the building and city tie in to have roots growing in it restricting the pipe size down to less than half of what it should be. We dug the sewer line up to find a mixture of clay tile and concrete pipe fitting that were broken at every junction in that section. This sewer line went every direction but straight lol. We straightened it out with new PVC and got the bathroom working properly again.

This was a tough one to find. This was a below slab leak that we had already diagnosed and repaired due to a larger leak. While pressure testing the system after the initial repair we kept getting odd pressure drops. We finally diagnosed and found this pin hole leak that happened to be in a manifold near where we routed the original below slab leak from. If think you have a below slab or water supply leak give us a call, we have the knowledge and equipment to diagnose and fix it!

With the heat we have had this week it is hard to believe we were pumping out knee deep water to access water meters just a couple of weeks ago! We do what it takes to do get the work done though!
