Wylie is more than just where we work—it’s where we live, raise our family, and call home. 💜

Chris and I have been proud Wylie residents for 19 years, and for the past 8 years, we’ve been running Gooch Construction. We know firsthand that when it comes to home construction, hiring local makes all the difference. 💯

Why choose a contractor who lives where they work?
✨ Accountability: Out-of-town companies can easily come and go, leaving you with no one to turn to if you need a follow-up.
✨ Pride & Craftsmanship: We see our clients at the grocery store and around town. We put our hearts into our work because our neighbors deserve nothing less than the best.
✨ True Loyalty: We love what we do, and we're dedicated to building long-term relationships rooted in trust.

Running a local small business comes with its challenges, but our love for our craft and our dedication to this city keep us moving forward every day. We’re looking forward to reaching more families in the area and helping you bring your home visions to life.

Thank you, Wylie, for an amazing 8 years. Here’s to many more! 🥂

Did someone say 1970s bathroom carpet? 🫣
Nah, not anymore! 🫰

We just wrapped up this awesome bathroom remodel. We gave a firm "duece" ✌️ to the dated wallpaper, old tile, old fixtures, countertops and that carpet.

To bring it into the current era, we installed:
✨ Custom-built cabinetry with tons of storage, to match an original in the adjacent space
✨ A fully updated, modern shower
✨ Sparkling quartz countertop
✨ Updated fixtures
✨ New paint
✨ Fresh, clean new flooring

But here is the twist: the homeowner wanted to keep a few original vintage details! We love how the final look perfectly balances brand-new functionality with historic character.

If you had to remodel your bathroom, would you go 100% modern or keep a little bit of the old charm? Let us know in the comments! 👇

Transform your space with a custom statement wall! ✨🫰

We just wrapped up this stunning wood slat accent wall for a client, and it completely elevates the entire dining room. The rich wood tones and vertical lines add incredible depth, texture, and a modern warmth that pairs perfectly with the natural lighting.

Whether you want to create a cozy dining vibe, an eye-catching living room feature, or a sleek backdrop for your office, a custom wood wall is the perfect solution.

Another custom transformation by the Gooch!
🛠️✨

Remember our recent completion of the wood wall addition in this laundry room?

We recently returned and updated this laundry room by designing and installing custom dark custom cabinetry above the appliances.

When functionality meets high-end design, even doing laundry feels like a luxury.🫰

Time travel is real, and it looks a lot like this 1970s bathroom! ⏳📻

The GOOCH and team is officially on-site and kicking off a total transformation of this space. 🫰

While we love a good vintage vibe, the floral wallpaper, ornate gold mirror, and turned wooden spindles are about to make way for a stunning, modern oasis. ✨

Say goodbye to the past and hello to modern luxury! 🔨

✨Who says a laundry room has to be plain and white? The GOOCH Crew just took this space to the next level by painting the walls a bold, sophisticated black and installing a stunning wood-slat feature wall! 😍🪵

By pairing deep, moody tones with the warmth of natural wood vertical lines, we turned a simple chore zone into a modern oasis that actually makes you want to do laundry. 🧺🔥💡

Transformation isn’t just about changing a space—it’s about elevating how you live in it. ✨

The Gooch and team, recently had the privilege of stepping into a home and completely reimagining its core features. We completely transformed the bathroom shower into a modern oasis, widened and updated doorways to improve the home's flow, installed custom lighting to bring warmth, and crafted a beautiful, tailored built-in unit for seamless organization.

Every home tells a story, and we love helping our clients write the next chapter. If you are ready to fall in love with your space all over again, let’s build something incredible together and create beautiful new energy in your spaces. 🔨🏡

From concept to completion! ✨

The GOOCH and team just wrapped up this stunning shower remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

The floor-to-ceiling marble-look shower tile creates an incredible focal point, perfectly complemented by the modern glass enclosure, custom mosaic niche, and a crisp white vanity to keep things bright and open.

Thinking about upgrading your own space? Let’s build something beautiful together! 🛠️🚿
