When is it time for a roof checkup? 🏠 Quick homeowner checklist 👇
Most roof problems don’t start as leaks — they start quiet. By the time a stain shows up on a ceiling, water has usually been getting in for a while.
It’s worth having your roof looked at if:
✅ It’s 15+ years old — or you’re not sure how old it is
✅ Shingles are curling, cracking, or going missing
✅ Gritty granules are collecting in your gutters
✅ A ceiling stain showed up — even a small one
✅ A big wind, hail, or ice storm just rolled through
