Halfway through 2026 and it’s been a busy year at Catskill Farms. 🏡
A few homes have been completed and handed over to their new owners. A few custom builds have wrapped up, helping families create homes tailored to the way they want to live. And several more are moving through the construction process as another season of building rolls on across the Catskills and Hudson Valley.
We’ve seen modern ranches finished, custom compounds take shape, garages and studio buildings completed, and plenty of progress on the homes currently under construction. The Crest Lane project has also been completed, with Ranch 72 remaining as the final home available — a unique property set on over 21 acres with beautiful views.
A few homes remain available for sale, while others — including Barn 60 and Ranch 74 at Perry Pond — are now under contract.
It’s always rewarding to watch these projects move from plans and foundations to homes filled with furniture, family, friends, and everyday life. From custom builds to homes built for sale, we’re grateful for another strong year of building in the Catskills.

Halfway through 2026 and it’s been a busy year at Catskill Farms. 🏡
A few homes have been completed and handed over to their new owners. A few custom builds have wrapped up, helping families create homes tailored to the way they want to live. And several more are moving through the construction process as another season of building rolls on across the Catskills and Hudson Valley.
We’ve seen modern ranches finished, custom compounds take shape, garages and studio buildings completed, and plenty of progress on the homes currently under construction. A look at a few of the homes currently going under construction across the Catskills. 🏡

A special thank you to the men and women who served our country, and especially to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of it.

Many of our homes take inspiration from classic American architecture — farmhouses, barns, cottages, and ranches that have been part of the landscape for generations. This weekend is a reminder that the freedoms we enjoy, including the opportunity to live, work, build homes, and raise families in places we love, came at a cost paid by others.

We are grateful for their service, their sacrifice, and the enduring spirit of this country.

Long days, river towns, farmers markets, mountain views, and homes built to enjoy all of it. We currently have homes for sale in some of the Catskills’ most sought-after areas — Narrowsburg, Eldred, and the Callicoon area.
