While many old farms are demolished to make way for warehouses or data centers, these homeowners gave their house a major refresh.

All old siding was painted to match the color of the addition, Sherwin Williams "Taupe Tone".

With the addition of a new metal roof, this home is ready to face another century or more!

This older home needed a major refresh. Multiple rooms had outdated wallpaper which was removed before painting.

Most rooms were painted Sherwin Williams "Dover White" while a former basement bar/studio was painted "Tricorn Black".

A bedroom accent wall and bathroom had "Sleepy Blue" stripes added while a powder room ceiling and stripes were painted "Sable".

Additionally, the kitchen cabinets were painted "Clary Sage".

Congrats to a special, young family as they make this house their home!
