**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Framing:** Construct and install wooden frameworks for various structures, including walls, roofs, and floors.
- **Drywall Installation:** Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to create durable and aesthetically pleasing interiors.
- **Spackling:** Apply joint compound and spackle to achieve a smooth finish on drywall and other surfaces.
- **Painting:** Prepare surfaces and apply paint, stain, or finishes to enhance the look and durability of structures.
- **Trim Work:** Install and maintain moldings, baseboards, and decorative trim for a polished appearance.
- **Floor Installation:** Lay various flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, and tile, ensuring proper installation techniques.
- **Electrical Work:** Assist with basic electrical installations, including wiring and fixture placement, as needed.
- **Plumbing:** Perform minor plumbing tasks, such as installing fixtures and ensuring proper connections.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in framing, drywall installation, spackling, painting, trim work, and floor installation.
- Experience with basic electrical work and plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
