Here is a porch I did for the Helm family. I had to repair some rot due to substandard work done prior. I also installed new PVC brick mold and a new Larson storm door. Turned out really nice and I'm happy I was able to fix everything for them.

Just finished up this custom back porch timber frame. This is an ongoing project I have been lucky to be part of. Thank you to the Brewer family and I look forward to the rest of the project.

2025 is all ready starting out with some really neat projects for AW CARPENTRY SERVICES. Pictures of those projects will be coming soon. I am excited to announce that my brother Craig Perreault ( owner of CTP SALES AND SERVICE) have partnered to form THOMAS AND LEE HOMES INC and we are in the process of purchasing our first lot near Old Monroe, Mo. Craig and I have been involved in the residential construction industry for many years. We both are passionate about what we do and want to offer the highest quality homes we can. Craig's vast knowledge in home electronics allows for us to include advanced features to the the homes we build. I offer over 20 years of construction experience from complete ground up builds, construction management, and oversight as well as many vital carpentry skills developed from years of working as a professional carpenter. We both have noticed a decline in craftsmanship and overall quality control of many of the new homes being built today and we both want to help in solving issues like this. We look forward to 2025 and are excited to get things started.
