Finishing up the last of my commercial winterizations yesterday in Boxborough for Campanelli and BiB Logistics.

I would have had them done already, but they want this part of the complex kept on longer because of the new landscape at bldg 400.

It was a very beautiful and long day, but it got done. The largest part of the campus buildings 500 & 400 took two 185 cfm compressors and two of us 10 hours to winterize.

Granted, the company that installed the landscape and irrigation at bldg 400 should never try to install irrigation again. But that's for another day!

New, but not new commercial site we started repairing. I've been on this site a few times over the years consulting for a couple of different landscape companies. But neither ever took the time to make the repairs needed.

So now we were asked directly by the Director of Engineering to take over and fix it...

Three days in, what a mess, no filters in anything! valves shorted everywhere, wiring nightmare, broken heads, leaks, etc. 5 Hunter controllers, 4 ICC-2, 1-Pro-C. Over 200 zones, no zone charts...

We sent water samples to the lab already. Shamrock Well and Pump is coming next week to install a VSD on one Well. And we'll figure out the filtration and iron removal next!

The never ending project in Boxborough, with BIB Logistics and Campanelli, lol... every time we have things up and running. We're called with another issue, broken PVC lines or sent new plans. Still getting everything prepared on building 400. Both 4" to 2" mainline POC are ready with gates installed.

Building 200 is ready for it's new loading dock installation today.

Unfortunately, we had to spend a day last week repairing damage from a lightning strike on 200 & 300. Chasing down spent decoders, etc. all's good now, back on line!

Boxborough today for Campanelli and BIB Logistics... What of course started as no problems at the end of the day on Friday.... But that's before rain 🌧️ came on a 2-wire Decoder system on Monday!

Boxborough for the past few days for Campanelli.
All of the Well drive and pump parts finally came in after 4 weeks. Time to get the 2 Wells back on line. With my colleagues from Shamrock Well and Pump!

After a couple of days of hard work, 120 GPM @ 80PSI... We haven't seen that on this site in, well never!

Thank you Bo, for bringing this site back to what it should be!

Up at Tripadvisor in Needham today. Doing some cistern tank's inspection's, and troubleshooting multiple pump problems, stuck domestic 1 1/2" water fill valve, on Watertronics controller. For my friends and colleagues at Outdoor Pride!

Next step, getting tank's pumped out and inspected. Then sending in my pump company to start replacement on both pumps.

We can deal with the defective flow sensor and domestic fill valve after.

Day of pump pulling with my colleagues at Shamrock Well and Pump up in Boxborough for Campanelli.

Campanelli purchased this property during the pandemic. But there's been unfortunately no information available on so many of the problems we have been dealing with. And the wells are another, building 500's ending up being 500 ft deep. 65 gpm, 7 1/2 hp.

Bldg 400 was 300 ft deep and same, 65 gpm, 7 1/2hp. Both on 2" sch 40 galv steel.

Had to do a bit of fence removal to get the hoist truck in for the 500 pump removal.

Parts are on order, installing VSD's, and obviously everything else.
