There is a certain peace here. Evening comes. The land is dark and still. The home is exactly where it belongs. A family gathered inside. This is what it was built for.

A quiet peace sits on this place from the road, the slope of the land holding the home’s form, the architecture adding to what was naturally there.

Inside and out, this home was built around light, season, form, and the life of the family that calls it home.

Planned for the way the evening light would fall.
The way the lavender would look in late summer.
The way it would feel to come home to it.

Walking this home mid-construction, watching light move through the spaces a family will soon live in…

This is how we intended it to live. Light, sightlines, materials.

A lower level done well doesn’t feel like a basement. It feels like the part of the home the family gravitates toward on a Saturday evening. Golf simulator, fitness room, wet bar, media room. Each space planned with purpose.
