Noticed a leak or missing shingles?

A recent customer called us worried after spotting water leaking inside their house. When we checked their roof, we found missing shingles that had let the water slip right through. They made a wise choice by choosing an upgraded shingle made by Atlas Shingles, Underlayments & Ventilation in the color Moonlight Beach.

Remember: Not all leaks look the same. Sometimes water stains show up far away from where the actual roof damage is. Don't wait for a small missing shingle to turn into a big indoor repair problem.

Call Josha Roofing today for a FREE inspection. We will come out, check your roof, and give you an honest estimate!

Before & After: Roof Vent Leak Fix!

🌧The Problem (Before):
The rubber boot and flashing around the plumbing vent pipe had cracked and deteriorated over time, letting water trickle straight down into the attic damaging the wood underneath.
🔨The Solution (After):
We cleared out the old cracked sealant, replaced the wood and compromised flashing/boot assembly, and properly integrated new Atlas Shingles, Underlayments & Ventilation and water-tight seals to redirect water safely away.

Don’t let a small roof vent issue turn into major interior water damage! If you spot ceiling stains or suspect a leak, catch it early.

If you suspect any damage don't hesitate to give us a call for a FREE ESTIMATE.
