Integrated Development Partners is excited to announce the partnership with Steel Works Co and Warehaus on The Lofts Midtown located at Green and Cumberland Streets in midtown Harrisburg!

This project is a part of a redevelopment of the old Salvation Army Office Building. The final residential building is going to contain 16 loft apartments along with a 35-spot resident parking lot.

Now introducing IDP Integrated Consulting!

Wormleysburg-based real estate development and consulting firm Integrated Development Partners(IDP) (Justin Kuhn, Jonathan Bowser, MBA, and Michael Kennedy) has separated their Civil Engineering and Building Design services into a new entity. The new entity will do business under the name IDP Integrated Consulting LLC (IC), with Justin Kuhn as the managing partner. IDP Consulting, LLC will continue to operate from 430 N. Front Street, Wormleysburg, PA, and will provide the same great service their clients have come to expect.

This new operating structure will provide significantly more opportunity for employees while separating the entity from any real estate transactions or future business enterprises. IC will continue to offer an “Integrated” approach to design, allowing the team to collaborate with stakeholders to identify the right solutions to achieve their client’s goals. IC’s services include comprehensive site/civil engineering, landscape architecture, and building design, offered to a diverse client base.

The IDP Consulting, LLC entity transition will be effective January 1, 2022. We are very excited to announce that Terri Delo and Elliot Shibley, RLA have been promoted to Partners in the firm. “Each has shown a true commitment to make IC the best it can be and are a large part of who we are today”. The IC team is looking forward to continuing to serve the local Central PA market and broader region, which has proven to provide ample opportunities for projects. The team approaches each day with passion and enthusiasm, excited to serve existing clients, as well as potential prospects. The team has experience in handling complex land transactions, zoning, master planning, entitlements, design and construction challenges, and economic hardships that most design firms never encounter. The firm is excited for this transition and the growth that it will bring them.

Background: In 2021, IDP owners Justin Kuhn, Mike Kennedy and Jonathan Bowser, MBA made strategic changes to the overall “Integrated” family of businesses. In the Summer of 2021, IDP formed Integrated Land Transfer along with partners Doug Smith and Annette Myers to offer real estate settlement and title services to customers. In November 2021 the formation of Steel Works Construction was announced, with Bowser as the CEO and President, to offer Construction Management Services to clients and IDP projects. The addition of these two new businesses are part of the partnership’s five year strategic plan of integrating real estate services to offer clients in Central PA and the Commonwealth. Integrated Development Partners (IDP) will remain active as the development arm for Kuhn, Kennedy, and Bowser with continued projects in Hershey, Hanover, Harrisburg, Steelton, and throughout central PA and the Commonwealth.

Courtney provides the finishing touches and team expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Today we are introducing Dan Jorich, Integrated Development Partners' Building Designer.

Dan has been instrumental in designing key residential and commercial buildings in the Central Pennsylvania region for over 17 years. He approaches building design based on practical, functional, and economical solutions that comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and ADA compliance while translating a concept that combines innovation, aesthetics, and functionality.

His areas of expertise include site planning, building design, building plan review, tenant fit-outs, commercial and residential floor planning in 2D & 3D models.
