Thank you to everyone who joined us today at the Wayne County Regional Training Facility for our June Safety Council program, Fire Extinguisher Essentials: Types, Uses & Safety.

A special thank you to Angela Potter, Fire and Life Safety Educator for the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal and 2024 Ohio Fire Safety Educator of the Year, for sharing her expertise and helping attendees better understand fire classifications, extinguisher operation, inspection requirements, and—most importantly—when it's time to fight a fire and when it's time to evacuate.

Also, a big thank-you to Albright Welding Supply for providing the fire extinguishers and ensuring a safe, hands-on learning environment throughout the training.

Last night, the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals gathered at Lincoln Way Vineyards for Network & Sip, an evening focused on relationship-building and professional growth.
