Breaking ground in Kingston.

We're on site for the new RaceTrac gas station and convenience store, handling the early sitework that gets a project like this moving in the right direction.

Right now, erosion control is in place and the team is beginning the mass grading phase, working through changing site conditions while keeping safety, productivity, and progress at the forefront.

SITE UPDATE | Atlanta, Georgia

Carmichael Development is making steady progress on a 90,000 SF industrial warehouse project.

With mass grading complete and approximately 55,000 CY of dirt moved, our team is now focused on the underground utility scope. Storm drain and sanitary sewer installation are nearly complete, with water utility work set to begin next.

This phase is all about preparing the site for what comes next: proper grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure that supports the build from the ground up.

Progress in Atlanta.

Our team has been working through the site development phase on this industrial warehouse project, with mass grading now complete and underground utility work continuing to take shape.

Storm and sanitary sewer installation are nearly wrapped up, with water utility work up next. Like any sitework project, changing field conditions come with the job, but steady communication, safe ex*****on, and a strong crew keep things moving forward.
