People trust family businesses more than almost any other kind of company. We didn't need a study to tell us that, but it's nice to see the numbers back it up.

A newer deck deserves a strong start.

For this pressure-treated deck, we began with pressure washing and a deck brightener to neutralize the wood’s surface and open its pores for staining.

Then we sprayed two coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck in SW3502 Mission Wall, giving the wood a rich, warm finish that complements the home beautifully.

September and October are the best exterior painting months we get all year in North Georgia. Lower humidity, milder temperatures, and steadier conditions than August.

They're also our busiest. If a fall exterior project is on your list, now is the time to get on the calendar.

Three generations of our family have been painting homes in this community since 1991 — Carlos started it, Oscar and Cindy lead it now, and Grayson is coming up behind them. A lot of the homes we'll paint this fall belong to families we've worked with for years.

Zillow's research found that a black front door was associated with the highest resale price of any front door color, boosting offer price by roughly $6,450 compared to the typical home. Mid-tone brown and classic white did well too. Cement gray and bright red, on the other hand, were linked to lower offer prices and less buyer interest.

Thirty-five years is worth celebrating. But if we're being honest, what excites us most isn't where we've been — it's where we're going.

North Atlanta is growing. Families are putting down roots. Homes are being built, refreshed, and cared for. And we get to be part of that, the same way we've been part of it since 1991.

We back our exterior work with a 5-year workmanship warranty — 60 months against peeling and blistering caused by defective workmanship. It's one of the longest in North Metro Atlanta.

A few things worth knowing:

✔️ Covered repairs are done at no labor charge
✔️ It transfers to the new owner if you sell your home
✔️ Keeping it active is simple: Pay your contract in full, hang onto your copy, and let us wash your home once a year

We've been doing this since 1991. A warranty only means something if the company is still around to honor it. And we plan to be.

Here's something a lot of homeowners don't realize: most exterior paint failures aren't paint problems. They're prep problems.

Dirt, pollen, mildew, and chalky buildup keep paint from bonding to the surface. Skip the wash, and you're painting over a barrier, no matter how good the product is.

That's why pressure washing isn't an upsell for us. It's step one. Every exterior project starts with a thorough wash and full surface prep, because that's what makes the finish hold.

It's also why our workmanship warranty asks homeowners to have us wash the house once a year. Clean siding is protected siding.
