Did you know that commercial roof leaks could be costing your business hundreds of thousands of dollars?

A few leaks here and there in your building might not seem like that big of an issue. However, there are 3 hidden costs that could be devastating to your business.

1) Sky High Energy Costs - When a leak enters the building, chances are it traveled a good distance before ending up in the place the that the leak is noticed from inside the building.

Wet insulation reverses the insulating properties which will cause your heating and cooling units to work in overdrive trying to maintain temperatures inside the building. This can lead to significantly high energy bills.

2) Replacement Costs - If the roof insulation is compromised for an extended period of time a replacement may be your only option.
