Found on a customer's generator: The intake hose was cracked and sold out everywhere. Instead of letting the generator sit, I 3D scanned the original part, rebuilt it in CAD using Blender, and printed a brand new replacement. Pulled apart another machine and found a mouse nest inside.
They can do serious damage to internal wiring in a short amount of time.

Another repair done here at Ray’s Services.

This piece had worn out plastic and damage, but instead of replacing the whole part, I repaired and reinforced it with plastic welding to get it back in service.

Repairs like this can save customers a lot of money compared to buying a whole new part.
