Bruce Flooring (Gunstock Red Oak Smooth Solid Hardwood)

- Removed carpet from both rooms & set underlayment
- Installed prefinished hardwood in both rooms
- Removed aged/damaged planks that were in a high traffic area
- Replaced with new prefinished planks to match existing floor
- Installed quarter round shoe moulding on existing base boards

- Scraped porch soffit & filled any cracks needed
- Applied primer on surfaces (except siding panels)
- Stained ceiling boards prior to installation

- Over 80 window frames (MAROON) were sanded, primed, & spray-painted two coats
*Primer was tinted pink to achieve a more vibrant maroon color
- Siding panels had two coats applied (top: OLIVE GREEN & bottom: DARK GREEN)
- Soffit panels had two coats applied (BEIGE)
(Siding & Soffit panels were cleaned and spray-painted at a separate location before installation
- Garage doors were stained to a darker brown
