Are you a skilled carpenter with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality craftsmanship? We’re currently seeking a dedicated builder to join our team in the shop, constructing portable decks to meet the growing demand from our expanding client base. As a small but rapidly growing company, we offer significant opportunities for advancement and the chance to grow alongside us. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a hands-on, high-quality operation, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee shop operations, production workflows, and quality control processes
- Lead the construction and assembly of custom portable decks
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth production

We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in construction (deck building a plus)
-Leadership experience in a shop or jobsite setting
-Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
-Ability to read and follow directions and use shop tools with confidence
-Self-motivated and able to lead by example
