Setting up a few sample display fronts of our US Cabinet Depot lines. We will be opening up our show room by appointment only Mon-Fri.

Cabinets can have the longest lead times which is why we decided to start offering a line to our clients. Have a project and you're not sure if Shaker or Charleston styles are the right choice? Come take a look in person and see the difference first!

Demo day for the Isle Royale project: we've already got one dumpster trailer filled with debris, and we're getting ready to change the canvas of this master ensuite bathroom.

Our team was chosen by this client to transform her bathroom, from "Out dated and falling apart master ensuite bathroom, into a fully functional (every faucet working) spa like oasis to soak the challenges of the day away. There were some challenges, you can read the full case study of this project here: https://blacklabremodeling.com/blog-davis-primary-bathroom-remodel-case-study-2026/
Overall the main objectives of the project were realized and the vision our client had was brought to life. We are honored to be a part of this beautiful project.

The biggest concern for our clients was how these home repairs were going to impact their tenants: we had to make sure that when we left the job site each day they didn’t have to walk out the front door to go through the garage to get to their kitchen. So when we offered to put up zippered doors on either side of the plastic walls we put up for dust protection after day 1, they thought that was a great solution. Their second concern was because they weren’t going to be able to see the progress each day, how would we be able to communicate what got done? That is where our project management software comes into play. Not only are our clients able to track the progress of the job, they see how the budget is affected by each payment in real time. Communication, budget, project completion on time, and minimal intrusion on their tenants’ lives. We are proud of the work our team did, I can’t take all the credit there, the finished product was awesome!

Golden finish: the feel of this shower is straight from a luxury resort. The color palette our client chose even before we started designing had bold choices that just worked.
The shower system has a rainfall shower head and the side shower wand. The whole bathroom is now a place that invites you to relax and unwind.

When precision is required to set up cabinets we bring in the protection so our tools don't sit on the new (or existing) countertop then we use special clamps and cabinet jacks to make sure everything lines up just so.

The finishing touches are going in at the Lassen House Project in Davis, CA—and this is the stage where all the planning finally starts to feel like a finished home.

The custom wood vanity is set, the Persian Blue stone countertop is in, the undermount sinks are installed, and the warm brushed gold fixtures are bringing everything together against that deep green tile.

There are still a few details to button up, but this bathroom is getting very close.

Good remodeling isn’t just about the big transformation. It’s about getting the small details right at the end, when every line, finish, fixture, and alignment is out in the open.

More from the Lassen House Project coming soon.
