Another early 60s brick multiplex condominium brick complex completed today on the waterfront in Port Orchard. RetroFoam is unique - in addition to the lifetime material warranty, our non-toxic injection foam can be injected into the brick walls from the exterior keeping tenant impact low bringing their empty walls up to R-18. PSE multifamily rebates are paying 90% of the cost.

This 1903 waterfront cedar shake bungalow in the Manette neighborhood of Bremerton had empty walls and the homeowner complained of cold breezes running right through his house.
