This 1901 home in Seattle's Capitol Hill is a GEM of a home. Meticulously cared for by it's owner. We carefully removed a single band of 126 year old cedar siding to inject our non-toxic organically based insulation with no off-gassing. The home was R-0 now R-21. We were thrilled to fill these empty walls in a single day with our non-toxic lifetime warranty RetroFoam. This 1954 ranch located in Burien on a huge lot backed up to park land. One band of cedar siding was carefully removed for install and then put back into place. We also insulated the garage for the future classic car 🚀
