Another Super Satisfied Customer!

At 3G Construction LLC, we started a roof replacement project in Trenton, MI, utilizing CertainTeed Landmark Dimensional Shingles. To ensure a proper installation, we installed new 1/2" OSB sheeting over the existing 1x6 boards, which were 70 years old. This attention to detail will prevent future issues and provide our customer with a durable roof. Notably, our comprehensive approach included framing in a saddle behind the chimney to divert water away from the chimney and prevent existing leaks. The roof is now ready for shingle installation tomorrow morning! By choosing our family-owned business, our customer saved over $10,000 compared to the big box company's estimate. We advise homeowners to obtain multiple estimates before signing a contract to ensure they receive the best value for their investment.
