Have one of these in your home, and have no idea what it is?

It is a PRV (pressure reducing valve) and is installed in homes with too much incoming water pressure.

They are used to protect your appliances, pipes, and other fixtures from an abundant water pressure.

If failed, (yes they fail) could put you in a sticky, or wet situation!

If you are noticing excessive water pressure, give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Sump Pump Replacement, why you ask? To protect your home from future disaster.

Either too much rain, or too much snow, can over work your pump, cause it to burn out, which means you could be in trouble.

Always to make sure your pump is working correctly, at least every 3 months test it just to be sure!

This homeowner has some stinky pipes.

Look what we found when we opened up the wall and how we fixed it!

Turns out someone had screwed the towel rack into the pvc pipe.

That’s a no no!
