Aging-in-place modifications can be practical, cost-effective AND great-looking. 🙂

🥵 Despite 100 degree temps and tropical
humidity- we got ‘er done on time, 7 days start to finish! 💪

Shhh 🤫🤫🤫 He’s claustrophobic. So there’s a whole lotta NOPE here. But he did it anyway. A bathroom remodel also means replacing the fan.

There is so much “behind the scenes” labor, that customers don’t realize.

Reason # 500,001 why a full, high quality, bathroom remodel done by a licensed contractor, using licensed electricians and plumbers can cost more than a used car.

Did a Pergola install in Cottage Grove yesterday, and what a difference it made for this SW facing deck! At least 15 degrees cooler under it! Might need one for our own home! 🥵
