Even a wide open yard can feel closed off without the right updates.

For this project in Chantilly, we installed an 1122 square foot Techo-Bloc Blu60 paver patio with a bold contrast border and a walkway to connect key areas. We included underground drainage to move water away from the house, which keeps the space usable even after storms. New Techo-Bloc stone steps with riser lights and two seating walls turned the area into an inviting spot for gathering day or night. The finishing touch: custom under-cap lighting ties it all together.

Sometimes a backyard just needs a new vision to become the heart of the home. For this project in Stafford, we installed new walkways, a circular patio with a firepit, custom grey vinyl fencing with gates, a lovely water feature, and pet-friendly artificial turf to bring everything together. The space went from bare and underused to a place ready for relaxing evenings or gatherings with friends.

We also handled tree removal and planted a new arborvitae to add privacy and greenery. Now, this outdoor area is built for both comfort and easy upkeep.

Wide steps can make all the difference for safety, comfort, and access.

We built new 4-foot wide composite deck stairs on an existing deck in Leesburg, using Timber-Tech Prime Collect dark cocoa boards and riser lights for better visibility at night. The project included 2-4x4 landings to turn the steps and a pet gate at the top for added convenience. We paid close attention to every detail, from the stringer spacing to the hardware and trim, so the stairs will hold up over time, look sharp, and add ease of access to the lower level.

Summer is the perfect time to rethink how we use our outdoor space. How often is the under-deck area under-used!?! This homeowner previously installed an under-deck ceiling with lighting and a gutter system. Fast forward to July '26.......

We just finished installing a 558 square foot Techo-Bloc paver patio in Aldie. The new patio features a bold contrasting border, a step-down in Raffinato Onyx Black, and upgrades to Aberdeen Azzuro pavers and Piedmont Riviera edging. We handled the complete process, from excavation and grading to setting the base and reinforcing the area for a future hot tub. Every detail was planned so the space is ready for gatherings or quiet evenings outside.
