Your home is on a well system and you want a little more Pressure in the shower. No Problem. Step one find a 3/8 wrench like the one in the picture. when you take off the Pressure switch cover you are going to see two-post , the nut on top of the large spring will adjust the timing on the cut-on and cut-off pressures. clockwise rotation for increased pressure and counter-clockwise for decreased. However, the small nut on this kind can control the gap between the pressures. Turning it clockwise will raise the cut-off and tighten the nut. Do not set the cut-off pressure below the cut-on, as this will make the pump go into a never-ending cycle and can damage it. The cut-on pressure should never be below 20 PSI and the cut-off pressure should never be above 60 PSI. A 20 PSI differential between the two is best for your pump's performance overall. As a general rule Never Ever touch the small screw unless you know wells. you are messing with the Acceptance Factor and the draw down. there are good reasons to make that adjustment however it takes years to be very good at it. If you have any question call the shop andvwe'll help you out.

P.A.P.A. (Positive Air Pressure Attenuator) is developed to resolve the problems of positive pressures (transients / back-pressure) within the drainage systems of multi-storey and high-rise developments. Normally day to day plumbers are dealing with negative pressure problems. On a high rise 8 to 10 stories the Relief vent will be the first check, then maybe some quick math to find if this has been an unplanned DFU increase. Lastly it might be time to install a P.A.P.A.
2 great ways to check if you are on the positive side of (air) loss is a manometer to measure (IWC) Inches of Water Column. The other way is soap suds on a lower flow coming out toilet or lavy.
